JLo Introduces Her Upcoming Thriller THE MOTHER in Netflix Movie Preview
JLo introduced Netflix’s Movie Preview today, which included clips from her upcoming thriller The Mother, filmed in B.C. last Fall.
The Mother follows a deadly assassin (Jennifer Lopez) who comes out of hiding to protect the daughter (Lucy Paez) she gave up from years before, while on the run from dangerous men.
The Mother kicked off production last Fall by shutting down traffic around Victory Square in downtown Vancouver for a big stunt-driving rehearsal.

A week or so later Jennifer Lopez showed up with a sniper rifle to shoot at the kidnappers from an Easy Park Parkade.
And later filmed at the former Darrell Bay ferry docks near Squamish as Alaska.
On location in Darrell Bay with fake snow.
