ABC’s ALASKA DAILY With Pregnant Hilary Swank Wraps Filming Season One in Vancouver
New ABC series Alaska Daily, starring Hilary Swank, has wrapped shooting season one in metro Vancouver.
For the past five months, Alaska Daily has filmed the story of big New York City journalist Eileen Fitzgerald (Hilary Swank) who comes to Alaska to look into missing, and murdered indigenous women cases. iIn a reluctant partnership with local reporter Roz Friendly (Grace Dove).

At the start:
Eileen learns that there’s more to a cold case of abducted teen Gloria and perhaps nefarious reasons why the police and courts haven’t pursued it.
In the Fall Finale, the “Concerned Citizen” , who has been threatening Eileen, shows up at her office and takes her hostage at gunpoint.
You spread lies and suppress the truth. And now you’re dead – Concerned Citizen.
We’ll find out what happens when Alaska Daily returns February 23rd.
