A New World, Part Four

THE FINAL RUN – The Flash (Grant Gustin), the fastest man alive, is tasked with his greatest challenge yet, to save the timeline and save existence. Friends old and new gather for an epic battle to save Central City, one last time. The episode was written by Eric Wallace & Sam Chalsen and directed by Vanessa Parise (#913). 

Godspeed, Tom Cavanagh’s Reverse Flash, Savitar, Rick Cosnett’s Cobalt Blue and Teddy Sears’s Zoom. Filmed on Vancouver’s False Creek seawall near the Science Centre in late February.

Karan Oberoi’s Godspeed doubles were spotted out at Surrey’s Simon Fraser University campus.

Complications:

Grant Gustin had Covid-19 in the final week of filming The Flash so there may not be as much speedster interaction in the finale as we would like.

I dodged COVID for three years and got it six days before we were supposed to wrap [the final season]. — Grant Gustin told TVLine.

Teddy [Sears] is one of my favorite people, and his work [in the series finale], I didn’t get to be a part of Though I was originally supposed to. – Grant Gustin told TVLine.
