Family time travel twister The Way Home, starring Chyler Leigh, Sadie Laflamme-Snow and Andie MacDowell, has come to an end.
What’s The Way Home about?
Three generations of independent Landry women — divorced journalist Kat (Chyler Leigh), Kat’s daughter Alice (Sadie Laflamme-Snow) and Kat’s mother Del (Andie Macdowell) — have to learn to live together in Port Haven, where they discover a mysterious time-travelling pond on the family farm which helps them find their way back to each other.
In the fourth and final season, the pond takes Kat (Chyler Leigh) back a century to roaring 1926 Port Haven where her beloved Elliot (Evan Williams) is shot in the penultimate episode.
Spoiler alert: Elliot survives and once they return to the present, he proposes marriage to Kat and she says Yes.
The show ends with Kat and Alice (Sadie Laflamme-Snow) jumping back into the pond. Where did they go?
